Autumn / Intermediate Mat – M
This is a 14 week class.
These Pilates classes on the mat concentrate on how to master the 36 original classical exercises designed for execution on the mat. Movement will become much more flowing and dynamic and therefore challenging.
Maximum of 12 participants.
You are very welcome to join a class once the term has commenced.
