Autumn / Advanced Mat – M

This is a 14 week class.  These advanced Pilates classes on the mat are for those who want to learn the classical mat in its purest form and in the correct sequence. These classes have a fast tempo with flowing transitions. Not suitable for anyone with an injury. Maximum of 12 participants. You are very welcome to join a class once the term has commenced.

Autumn term

Autumn / Silver Swans® Ballet – M

This is a 14 week class.  We are excited to introduce a ballet class specifically designed by the Royal Academy of Dance for the over 55’s that aims to use dance to improve their mobility, posture, co-ordination, balance and energy levels in a safe, relaxed, fun and sociable environment. All abilities (and ages!) are welcome.

Autumn term

Autumn / Intermediate Mat – M

This is a 14 week class. These Pilates classes on the mat concentrate on how to master the 36 original classical exercises designed for execution on the mat. Movement will become much more flowing and dynamic and therefore challenging. Maximum of 12 participants. You are very welcome to join a class once the term has commenced.

Autumn / Reformer 2 – M

This is a 14 week class.  These Reformer Pilates classes are for those who have had at least 10 sessions on the Reformer either privately or in groups. Movement will become more dynamic and challenging working with a moving platform whilst patterning movement. Maximum of 4 participants. You are very welcome to join a class once the term has commenced.

This is a 14 week class.  These Reformer classes are equivalent to the advanced mat and are for those who have had 30 plus sessions on the Reformer either in groups or privately. They are fast in tempo and flowing in transitions demanding really good technique. Not suitable for anyone with an injury. Maximum of 4 participants. You are very welcome to join a class once the term has commenced.

Autumn / Barre – T

This is a 14 week class. Barre classes are suitable for all levels and guarantee to challenge you whatever your level may be! These classes are a fast-paced fusion of dance, Pilates and sculpting exercises at the ballet barre which give you a lean and chiselled body fast! The class combines the principles and safety of Pilates with functional standing dance movements. With no dance experience necessary these classes are accessible to everyone. They can also complement your existing Pilates programme. Meet you at the barre! Maximum of 12 participants. You are very welcome to join a class once the term has commenced.

Autumn / Reformer 1 – W

This is a 14 week class. These Reformer Pilates classes are for those who have never done Pilates before or may have done some mat work but are keen to work on the Reformer. Emphasis will be placed on learning to use the machine to give the body resistance and support. Maximum of 4 participants. You are very welcome to join a class once the term has commenced.

Autumn / Early Intermediate Mat – W Sold Out

This is a 14 week class.  These Pilates classes on the mat offer a perfect transition between Improver and Intermediate Mat Classes. They are perfect for those who want to progress but at a slightly slower pace, maybe due to a previous injury or current movement restriction. Maximum of 12 participants. You are very welcome to join a class once the term has commenced.
