These classes are a fast-paced fusion of dance, Pilates and sculpting exercises at the ballet barre which give you a lean and chiselled body fast. The class combines the principles and safety of Pilates with functional standing dance movements.


With no dance experience or ballet shoes necessary these classes are accessible to everyone. They can also make a great addition to your existing Pilates programme.
