Our large bright and modern studios occupy space over two floors and are all fully equipped with traditional Pilates equipment as well as state of the art clinical reformers for rehabilitation.
We offer group mat, reformer, barre and rehabilitation classes organised by ability so that there is the perfect class for you. We also offer 1:1 private tuition for a very personalised session. Our team of highly experienced teachers, all of whom hold Body Control Pilates® certification are waiting to welcome you and provide you with outstanding and inspirational tuition. PRIVATE TUITION
Private tuition is the best option for those who want a highly personalised Pilates session. These sessions utilise the original Pilates equipment on the reformer, chair, cadillac, ladder barrel as well as state of the art clinical reformers, ideal for athletes and rehabilitation.

These classes are a fast-paced fusion of dance, Pilates and sculpting exercises at the ballet barre which give you a lean and chiselled body fast. The class combines the principles and safety of Pilates with functional standing dance movements.
