Autumn / Early Intermediate Mat – TH (Online)

This is a 14 week class.

These Pilates classes on the mat offer a perfect transition between Improver and Intermediate Mat Classes. They are perfect for those who want to progress but at a slightly slower pace, maybe due to a previous injury or current movement restriction.

Maximum of 12 participants.
