Autumn / Women’s Reformer 3 – TH

This is a 14 week class.

These Women’s Reformer classes are equivalent to the advanced mat and are for those who have had 30 plus sessions on the Reformer either in groups or privately. They are fast in tempo and flowing in transitions demanding really good technique. Not suitable for anyone with an injury.

Maximum of 4 participants.

You are very welcome to join a class once the term has commenced.
