Autumn / Reformer 2/3 – F

This is a 14 week class.

These Reformer Pilates classes are for those who have had at least 20 sessions on the Reformer either privately or in groups. Movement will become more dynamic and challenging working with a moving platform whilst patterning more complex movement. They are progressively fast in tempo and increasingly flowing in transitions demanding really good technique.

Maximum of 4 participants.

You are very welcome to join a class once the term has commenced.
