Summer / Reformer 1 – W

This is a 12 week class. These Reformer Pilates classes are for those who have never done Pilates before or may have done some mat work but are keen to work on the Reformer. Emphasis will be placed on learning to use the machine to give the body resistance and support. Maximum of 4 participants. You are very welcome to join a class once the term has commenced.

Summer / Early Intermediate Mat – W Sold Out

This is a 12 week class. These Pilates classes on the mat offer a perfect transition between Improver and Intermediate Mat Classes. They are perfect for those who want to progress but at a slightly slower pace, maybe due to a previous injury or current movement restriction. Maximum of 12 participants. You are very welcome to join a class once the term has commenced.

Summer / Reformer 1 Improvers – W (Short Course)

This is a 7 week class. This Reformer Pilates class is designed for improvers who have previously done a little Reformer Pilates such as one of our short courses and wish to progress. If you want to try Reformer Pilates and have done some mat work but are keen to begin work on the Reformer, this class may also be right for you. Emphasis will be placed on developing your learning to use the machine to give the body resistance and support. Maximum of 4 participants. You are very welcome to join a class once the term has commenced.

Summer / Reformer 2 – TH

This is a 12 week class. These Reformer Pilates classes are for those who have had at least 10 sessions on the Reformer either privately or in groups. Movement will become more dynamic and challenging working with a moving platform whilst patterning movement. Maximum of 4 participants. You are very welcome to join a class once the term has commenced.

Summer / Lunchtime Pilates – TH (Online)

This is a 12 week class (online). If you work from home and get to lunchtime and find your back and shoulders are starting to ache, then our lunchtime mat class is the perfect solution. Taught online by one of our highly-experienced team this class will take you through essential Pilates movements to offset the postural rigors of the desk-based working day…and you don’t even need to leave the house! This class is set at a promotional rate as we would like to get as many of those clients “working from home” moving during their day. Maximum of 12 participants. You are very welcome to join a class once the term has commenced.

Summer / Adult Ballet – TH

This is a 12 week class. Adult Ballet classes are suitable for all levels and a basic knowledge of classical ballet is recommended but not essential. These classes are a traditional ballet routine that will include the Pilates principles of flowing movement, concentration and breath. The classes will also focus on enhancing balance, muscle stretching and strengthening. The majority of each session will take place at the ballet barre. For those who wish to avoid jumping or turning, variations in the class programme will be provided for you. These classes are a fantastic complement to your existing Pilates programme. Maximum of 10 participants. You are very welcome to join a class once the term has commenced.

Summer / Men’s Reformer – F (Short Course)

This is a 5 week class. This class on the Reformer will be taught at a level that will challenge, strengthen and stretch each attendee whilst addressing some of the specific joints and muscle groups that are points of weakness and strain unique to the male body. It will aim to improve each client’s physical condition seeking to reduce day-to-day aches and pains whilst enhancing performance and physicality for sport and hobbies. This class is an intermediate class suited to clients who have had some prior Pilates experience. Maximum of 4 participants. You are very welcome to join a class once the term has commenced.

This is a 12 week class. These Reformer classes are equivalent to the advanced mat and are for those who have had 30 plus sessions on the Reformer either in groups or privately. They are fast in tempo and flowing in transitions demanding really good technique. Not suitable for anyone with an injury. Maximum of 4 participants. You are very welcome to join a class once the term has commenced.

This is a 12 week class. These Reformer Pilates classes are for those who have had at least 20 sessions on the Reformer either privately or in groups. Movement will become more dynamic and challenging working with a moving platform whilst patterning more complex movement. They are progressively fast in tempo and increasingly flowing in transitions demanding really good technique. Maximum of 4 participants. You are very welcome to join a class once the term has commenced.
