Spring / Rehab Reformer 1 – M (Short Course)

This is a 6 week class. Our specialised Rehabilitation Pilates Reformer class is designed for clients who due to injury, surgery or chronic pain cannot attend other Reformer classes. This class is taught in a small group – maximum 4 people – so you can expect exercises tailored to your specific needs and physical limitations, guided by a highly experienced Pilates instructor who is also a Chartered Physiotherapist. The Reformer provides resistance and assistance, helping you move safely and effectively without strain. Sessions will aim to build your strength and flexibility and improve your alignment and coordination. This class is ideal if you are • Recovering from orthopaedic injuries (e.g. back, knee, shoulder) • Post-surgery (with medical clearance) • Managing a condition such as osteopenia, osteoporosis, arthritis or scoliosis If you have severe osteoporosis, please contact us before booking this class.
