Spring / Intermediate Mat – M

This is a 12 week class. These Pilates classes on the mat concentrate on how to master the 36 original classical exercises designed for execution on the mat. Movement will become much more flowing and dynamic and therefore challenging. Maximum of 12 participants. You are very welcome to join a class once the term has commenced.

Spring / Upright & Strong – T (Short Course)

This is a 6 week class. This class is perfect for anyone who spends lots of time at a desk, feels their balance isn’t what it was, wants to improve muscular strength and bone density or just wants to feel more upright and aligned in everyday life. The passage of time and the rigours of daily life can leave us all feeling more stooped and tight across our neck, chest and shoulders. Increasingly longevity research is highlighting the importance of building and maintaining muscle mass as we age. It is also known that resistance work is essential to improving the quality of our bone density as our hormone balances shift through life. We have designed this Pilates class to help you stand taller and feel stronger. It’s about building strength from the inside out, with a focus on muscle development and bone density balance and posture optimisation. It will be taught by a very experienced teacher who is also a Chartered Physiotherapist and in a small group with a maximum of 8 people. This is a 12 week class. These advanced Pilates classes on the mat are for those who want to learn the classical mat in its purest form and in the correct sequence. These classes have a fast tempo with flowing transitions. Not suitable for anyone with an injury. Maximum of 12 participants. You are very welcome to join a class once the term has commenced.

Spring / Early Intermediate Mat – W Sold Out

This is a 12 week class. These Pilates classes on the mat offer a perfect transition between Improver and Intermediate Mat Classes. They are perfect for those who want to progress but at a slightly slower pace, maybe due to a previous injury or current movement restriction. Maximum of 12 participants. You are very welcome to join a class once the term has commenced.

Spring / Lunchtime Pilates – TH (Online)

This is a 12 week class (online). If you work from home and get to lunchtime and find your back and shoulders are starting to ache, then our lunchtime mat class is the perfect solution. Taught online by one of our highly-experienced team this class will take you through essential Pilates movements to offset the postural rigors of the desk-based working day…and you don’t even need to leave the house! This class is set at a promotional rate as we would like to get as many of those clients “working from home” moving during their day. Maximum of 12 participants. You are very welcome to join a class once the term has commenced.
