Autumn / Women’s Reformer 3 – TH

This is a 14 week class. These Women’s Reformer classes are equivalent to the advanced mat and are for those who have had 30 plus sessions on the Reformer either in groups or privately. They are fast in tempo and flowing in transitions demanding really good technique. Not suitable for anyone with an injury. Maximum of 4 participants. You are very welcome to join a class once the term has commenced.

Autumn term

Autumn / Early Intermediate Mat – TH (Online)

This is a 14 week class. These Pilates classes on the mat offer a perfect transition between Improver and Intermediate Mat Classes. They are perfect for those who want to progress but at a slightly slower pace, maybe due to a previous injury or current movement restriction. Maximum of 12 participants. You are very welcome to join a class once the term has commenced.

Autumn term

Autumn / Beginners Mat – TH (Short Course)

This is a 6 week class. These classes are for absolute beginners or for those who have done a little Pilates in the past but have not done Pilates for some time. Exercises focus on learning the fundamentals including breathing, neutral spine and centering. Maximum of 12 participants. You are very welcome to join a class once the term has commenced.

Autumn term

Autumn / Men’s Reformer – F

This is a 14 week class. This class on the Reformer will be taught at a level that will challenge, strengthen and stretch each attendee whilst addressing some of the specific joints and muscle groups that are points of weakness and strain unique to the male body. It will aim to improve each client’s physical condition seeking to reduce day-to-day aches and pains whilst enhancing performance and physicality for sport and hobbies. This class is an intermediate class suited to clients who have had some prior Pilates experience. Maximum of 4 participants. You are very welcome to join a class once the term has commenced.

Autumn / Reformer 2 – F Sold Out

This is a 14 week class.  These Reformer Pilates classes are for those who have already had at least 10 sessions on the Reformer either privately or in groups. Movement will become more dynamic and challenging working with a moving platform whilst patterning movement. Maximum of 4 participants. You are very welcome to join a class once the term has commenced.

This is a 14 week class. These Pilates classes on the mat concentrate on how to master the 36 original classical exercises designed for execution on the mat. Movement will become much more flowing and dynamic and therefore challenging. Maximum of 12 participants. You are very welcome to join a class once the term has commenced.

Movement will become more dynamic and challenging working with a moving platform whilst patterning more complex movement. They are progressively fast in tempo and increasingly flowing in transitions demanding really good technique. Maximum of 4 participants. You are very welcome to join a class once the term has commenced.

Autumn / Barre – S

This is a 14 week class. Barre classes are suitable for all levels and guarantee to challenge you whatever your level may be! These classes are a fast-paced fusion of dance, Pilates and sculpting exercises at the ballet barre which give you a lean and chiselled body fast! The class combines the principles and safety of Pilates with functional standing dance movements. With no dance experience necessary these classes are accessible to everyone. They can also complement your existing Pilates programme. Meet you at the barre! Maximum of 12 participants. You are very welcome to join a class once the term has commenced.

Autumn term

Autumn / Silver Swans® Ballet – S

This is a 14 week class.  We are excited to introduce a ballet exercise class specifically designed by the Royal Academy of Dance based on research into best exercise practice for older people. These classes maintain the Pilates principles of breath, balance and flowing movement to create elegant poise and wonderful posture.  They improve core strength and balance and can help with osteoporosis and falls prevention. Importantly they are sociable and fun.  Although designed for the over 55s, everyone is welcome. Ballet shoes are not essential for your first session but your teacher will guide you should you love it so much that you decide to enrol for the term. Maximum of 10 participants.
