Summer Holiday / Barre – S

This is a 6 week class. Barre classes are suitable for all levels and guarantee to challenge you whatever your level may be! These classes are a fast-paced fusion of dance, Pilates and sculpting exercises at the ballet barre which give you a lean and chiselled body fast! The class combines the principles and safety of Pilates with functional standing dance movements. With no dance experience necessary these classes are accessible to everyone. They can also complement your existing Pilates programme. Meet you at the barre! Maximum of 12 participants. You are very welcome to join a class once the term has commenced.

Summer Holiday / Men’s Early Intermediate Reformer – S Sold Out

This is a 6 week class. This class on the Reformer will be taught at a level that will challenge, strengthen and stretch each attendee whilst addressing some of the specific joints and muscle groups that are points of weakness and strain unique to the male body. It will aim to improve each client’s physical condition seeking to reduce day-to-day aches and pains whilst enhancing performance and physicality for sport and hobbies. This class is an early intermediate class suited to those who have some prior Pilates experience. If you are a beginner and would like to join, please contact us to discuss options to join this class. Maximum of 4 participants. You are very welcome to join a class once the term has commenced.

This is a 6 week class.  These Reformer Pilates classes are for those who have already had at least 10 sessions on the Reformer either privately or in groups. Movement will become more dynamic and challenging working with a moving platform whilst patterning movement. Maximum of 4 participants. You are very welcome to join a class once the term has commenced.

This is a 6 week class. These intermediate / advanced Pilates classes on the mat are for those who want to learn the classical mat in its purest form and in the correct sequence. These classes have a fast tempo with flowing transitions. Not suitable for anyone with an injury. Maximum of 12 participants. You are very welcome to join a class once the term has commenced.

This is a 6 week class. These Pilates classes on the mat offer a perfect transition between Improver and Intermediate Mat Classes. They are perfect for those who want to progress but at a slightly slower pace, maybe due to a previous injury or current movement restriction. Maximum of 12 participants. You are very welcome to join a class once the term has commenced.

This is a 6 week class. These Reformer Pilates classes are for those who have never done Pilates before or may have done some mat work but are keen to work on the Reformer. Emphasis will be placed on learning to use the machine to give the body resistance and support. Maximum of 4 participants. You are very welcome to join a class once the term has commenced.
