Traditionally a form of manual therapy that uses massage and manual stretching techniques to release tension in the fascia, Sue Wathan, trained in myofascial movement, will teach you how to achieve this release in the comfort of your own home with the help of two simple hand balls.
You will be surprised how the exercises will benefit your body even though they are quite simple in execution. This class is open to all* and if you have particular restrictions in movement Sue will give you modifications to the exercises. For active sportsmen/women you will be amazed how this class will give you simple tools to keep your body released between your Pilates sessions and your training sessions.
*unsuitable if you have had a knee replacement or pain or severe discomfort in your knees.
