Join us for a special evening workshop on Thursday 16th October 2025, hosted by our talented Kelly West DipNT.mANP, owner of ‘It is Well’, who is both a nutritional therapist and Body Control Pilates Teacher. Explore how nutrition and lifestyle have an anti-aging effect on your body. Her talk will be followed by one on the importance of physical movement by Jeremy Davis, MCSP, our Studio owner. We’ll end with a short, relaxing Pilates stretch to ease you into the rest of your evening.

MYO-FASCIAL RELEASE

You might be asking yourself what ‘fascia’ even is and why you should do this class? Fascia is a connective tissue that surrounds and supports muscles, bones and nerves. Fascia can become tight or restricted due to overuse in sports, injury, repetitive or also a lack of movement. The aim of this special myofascial release movement class is to give you a set of exercises to massage and stretch your body at home. Its properties are extremely special and although fascia may not be commonly understood it is vital to our wellbeing.

Whether you’re new to Pilates or would like to try out our studio, we are happy to offer you a free trial in your preferred Pilates class. Your safety here is our priority and we will ask you to complete an enrolment form first to understand your health, fitness and prior Pilates experience so we can best match you to a class.
