Supervised Improvers/Intermediate Mat – Single Class

Join us for a complimentary Pilates class led by Laura, a trainee teacher as she prepares for her final teaching exam. This improvers-to-intermediate level session offers a wonderful opportunity to move, support a new teacher, and enjoy expert guidance – fully supervised by a senior teacher at the studio.

There is no charge for the class but booking is required to secure your space along with an up to date enrolment form. We will send one to you to complete on receipt of your booking if we don’t hold one. This class is suitable for clients who have no current injuries.
