Please note that this course will start on Thursday 3rd May 2018 and run for 10 weeks.
This pilates class on the mat is for absolute beginners or for those who have done a little Pilates in the past but have not done Pilates for some time. Exercises focus on learning the fundamentals including breathing, neutral spine and centering. Maximum of 12 participants.
