Are you an injury prone runner and have been told you need to strengthen your glutes, build your core stability and stretch and release your hip flexors? Or are you an injury free runner who wants to stay that way? Maybe you are just passionate about running and want to do anything you can to enhance your overall running experience and speed.
These Pilates classes are based on the Reformer which is the ideal machine to stretch and strengthen your body challenging you in functional running positions. This class is run by a Chartered Physiotherapist who is also a Body Control Pilates® teacher and big running enthusiast.
This is a 6 week course.Maximum of 4 participants.
