These pilates classes on the mat are for those people who like to get their exercise done before they go to work or do the school run! They are perfect for those who have done some Pilates before but cater for different levels of ability.
Although one hour in duration the last 15 minutes involves stretching and release work so if you need to be away a little earlier you can get a work-out and still make the 8 o'clock train.
