Group Classes Timetable & Bookings

Spring Term 2020

Our Spring timetable is now available to view!

The Spring term will run for 12 weeks from Monday 6th January until Saturday 28th March with no half term break.

We are excited to be adding Vinyasa (dynamic) and Hatha (gentle) Yoga and HIP® (High Intensity Power) Pilates classes to our timetable.

Pilates for Runners classes will continue this term for the full 12 weeks.

Pilates in Pregnancy classes run in a rolling 6 week block of classes. Please contact the Studio for start dates.

Priority Booking Period

During our Priority Booking Period your space in your existing class is held for you for the coming term pending payment. To make use of this facility please book and pay by midday on Friday 29th November, after which spaces will be made available for all to book. Bookings can be made by phone 01932 820 810, online, by email info@pilatesworksstudio.com, or in person at the Studio.

Making use of the Priority Booking Period also automatically enters you into our prize draw where you could win a one to one session with an instructor of your choice.

Please note the Priority Booking Period only applies for booking into the class that you were attending in the previous term. If you wish to change class you will be able to do so from midday on Friday 29th November by phone, email, in person or online.
