Autumn Term 2019

Our Autumn timetable is now available to view!

The Autumn term will run from Monday 9th September until Saturday 14th December.

It is a 13 week term with a one week half term break from Monday 28th October to Saturday 2nd November.

Pilates in Pregnancy classes run in a rolling 6 week block of classes. Please contact the Studio for start dates.

We are pleased to be continuing our Pilates for Runners classes this term. These focus specifically on improving running performance using the Reformer machine. Please contact the Studio for details.

We will be offering Yoga classes on a Thursday at 19.30. Please contact the Studio for start dates.
