Spring Term 2018

Welcome to our Spring term timetable!

The Spring term will run from Monday 8th January until Saturday 24th March.

It is an 11 week term with no half term break.

If you are currently enrolled in a Pilates class you will automatically be enrolled for the Spring 2018 term.Our classes often have waiting lists and if you wish to change your class or do not intend to continue in to the Spring term, kindly let us know so we can make the space available for someone else.

Tuesday Beginners Mat classes will commence on the 16th January.

Thursday Beginners Mat classes will commence on the 18th January.

There is a Reformer 1 Short Course for 6 weeks commencing on Saturday 17th February.

Pilates in Pregnancy classes will commence on Saturday 13th January and run in a rolling 6 week block of classes.

We are introducing a Pilates for Runners class this term, which will focus specifically on exercises using the Reformer machine to improve running performance.Please contact the Studio for details.
