Summer / Time to Unwind Yoga – TH
This is a 11 week class
With a focus on breath-work and poses (asanas) which are held for longer periods of time, this class aims to calm, relax and refresh your body and mind and work to release any tension that has been created through the course of your day or your week. It is quite simply ‘me time’.
Maximum of 12 participants.
You are very welcome to join a class once the term has commenced.
