This is a 10 week class
These Reformer Pilates classes are for those who have never done Pilates before or may have done some mat work but are keen to work on the reformer. Emphasis will be placed on learning to use the machine to give the body resistance and support.
Maximum of 4 participants.
You are very welcome to join a class once the term has commenced.
