Eat Well, Move Well, Reverse Age Evening Talk

An afternoon filled with information and ideas for healthy living into older age!  Explore how nutrition and lifestyle can have an anti-aging effect on your body.  During the talk, we’ll explore how food choices influence physical and cognitive health over time – from anti-inflammatory diets to micronutrients which support graceful aging. Topics will include

  • What does “aging well” mean?
  • What is cellular aging and how we measure inflammation & cognitive health
  • Which diets work
  • What basics can we focus on?
  • Which micronutrients can be helpful for graceful aging?
  • How to supplement without feeling you might start rattling!

Our afternoon will start with a talk on the importance of physical movement by Jeremy Davis, MCSP, our Studio owner along with a short Pilates class.  This will be followed by a nutrition talk, given by Kelly West, DipNT. mANP one of our senior Pilates teachers here at PWS.  We look forward to welcoming you at the studio.
