This is a 14 week class
Barre classes are suitable for all levels and guarantee to challenge you whatever your level may be!
These classes are a fast-paced fusion of dance, Pilates and sculpting exercises at the ballet barre which give you a lean and chiselled body fast! The class combines the principles and safety of Pilates with functional standing dance movements. With no dance experience necessary these classes are accessible to everyone. They can also compliment your existing Pilates programme. Maximum of 10 participants.
