Barre Classes

Barre pilates classes are the latest craze sweeping the U.S.A and you can now enjoy them here at Pilates Works Studio right in the heart of Weybridge, Surrey.

Each Barre pilates class alternates between exercises that demand intense bursts of energy and muscle shaping isometrics to sculpt the whole body. You will get an incredible workout starting with a warm up followed by free weight exercises and push-ups, moving on to intense leg and seat work at the barre and then abdominal work at the bar or on the mat. The class ends with a ‘cooling down’ phase with active stretching.

With just 5 people enrolled in each Barre pilates class we will work you extremely hard in these 60 minute sessions. Classes are offered on 3 levels: Barre 1 for those who have never done Pilates before; Barre 2 for those who have practised Pilates to an intermediate level; Barre 3 for those who are advanced.
